Program Bantuan Tunai Langsung
The Program Bantuan Tunai (Bantuan Tunai Langsung) provides compensation for the reduction in the government fuel subsidy. The plan is to convert the programme into a income transfer. BLT is designed to compensate the poor for the reduction in the fuel subsidy, to help them maintain their consumption levels. Specifically, transfers of approximately USD 10.7 a month are provided to beneficiaries.

Despite the fact that the program technically qualifies as "electronic delivery", it is actually one step further removed from financial inclusion than many other programs, such as SESIP II, that pay beneficiaries into individual bank accounts but require them to withdraw all funds.
