Program Keluarga Harapan
The Program Keluarga Harapan guidelines state that the main goal of the programme is to improve the quality of human development, especially for children from poor families by requiring beneficiary families to ensure their children's education and health. Specifically, transfers of approximately USD 12.57 a month are provided in exchange for beneficiaries meeting basic health care requirements.

Payment & Delivery Description:
Benefit payments are to occur every three months on fixed days designated by the Indonesian Postal Service. Cash payments at local post offices are made to benificiaries.

Despite the fact that the program technically qualifies as "electronic delivery", it is actually one step further removed from financial inclusion than many other programs, such as SESIP II, that pay beneficiaries into individual bank accounts but require them to withdraw all funds.
